OOC :: Halloween Heist Master Post 2019.

This is the OOC Master Post for Rosa's BABSG Halloween Heist. Here you will find the list of various traps/situations you'll find in which offices, as well as the location of the hatchets and whatever else might be useful, to be updated as thing go along. For example, traps that will go off only once will be crossed out once they're activatedThere will also be OCD with regards to the location/possession of the hatchets and any other things like that.
PLEASE NOTE: For the purposes of the game, the offices are moddable, but coordinating with other students and/or teachers is highly encouraged, just because that can make it more fun. And also note that any time you do intereact with one of the offices, any teacher may be around to react or try to catch you. They all know what's going on. The idea is to have it wind up some weird wacky caper filled with ridiculous nonsense, in the grand tradition of any B99 Halloween Heist. Behind the cut is what we've got to offer:
Please remember to check back on this post often! Changes will be frequent and happen as events progress in game, so it's a good way to know what's going on and what may have changed since last time!
(Hatchets are actually imprinted with the words "Best Bad Ass Bitch" for the real and "Fake Ass Bitch" for the decoys, small enough that you can't really read it until you've got it in your hands)
CURRENT LOCATION OF THE 'BEST BAD ASS BITCH' HATCHET:
-Anakin Skywalker's office, which is RIDICULOUS. Not only is there a laser grid to get through, but as soon as the student enters the office, a life-sized holorecording of Anakin delivering a lecture about how unethical it is to be in someone's room without permission, complete with dramatic music and backlighting. Also, there are buckets of Halloween-colored slime and water that will dump on the students from the ceiling (I assume). The hatchet itself is underneath a fake floor tile underneath Anakin's desk.
-Soon to be force-whammied from Sidon into Lana's possession
CURRENT LOCATION OF THE 'FAKE ASS BITCH' DECOYS
-Aphra's office, sitting on the desk, surrounded by (moddable) traps
-Cara's office, also sitting on the desk, surrounded by...nothing. That's it.
-Whatever the hell Prompto Argentum decides to do with it
OTHER OFFICES RIGGED FOR SHENANIGANS:
-Kennedy's office has a creepy ass vampire doll and a secret compartment drawer with NO hatchet, just stakes, and a magical lock that'll be a bitch to get through anyway. First failure will static shock you, second will static shock you a more, and the third attempt just boots you out into the hallway....as well as five feet above the floor.
-Magnus's office will have a seemingly innocuous rug that is indeed a Rug of Smothering that just wants to cuddle with whoever comes into the room <3! (I'm gonna go ahead and say the rug magically returns after someone escapes from it because MAGIC)
-Kitty's office contains a box with a digitalized lock on it; failed attempts to enter the passcode OR override the lock will result in a small shock. There is nothing actually in the box.
-Amaya's office is filled with weapons, mostly axes, but none of them are the Axe You Are Looking For.
-Verity's office is ALSO filled with weapons, none of which are the Axe You Are Looking For, darks instead of lights (when you flip the switch, the room become pitch black, which spills out into the hallway (you'll want to turn that off fast and just work in the regular dark)), and one tile of drop ceiling that looks loose like a good hiding spot only it's just iflled with very realistic-looking rubber spiders that come falling out.
All other traps have been set off and will likely remain that way unless they're reset. But for fun, the gremlin decides he just likes hanging out in Verity's desk. He's deifnitely still there.
but it's also filled with: a tripwrie that sets off an airhorn when the door is opened, a desk chair that's pressured plated so that if someone sits in it fishing wire pulls down another ceiling tile hiding water balloons (which will also trigger if the chair is moved too far out of the way). One desk drawer drops dry ice into a tupperware container full of water resulting in freezing cold fog rolling out of the draw, but there's a key in there, too! That key opens the other drawer which contains......a gremlin.
-Karolina's office will trigger a glitter rainbow bomb upon entering, but there's also delicious vegan mini cupcakes on the desk as a consolation prize.
-Hannibal's office also seems to contain delicious brownies, but they are not a consolation prize, unless you like surprise spice
-Duke's office, after the Homecoming Carnival, contains just a sign that reads:
Students of badass bitchery:
It has come to my attention that your teacher has assigned you to steal a specific item from the teachers' offices. Anyone who steals it and brings it to me instead will receive a cash prize, or item of equivalent personal value.
